| 1. I forgot my username or password. |
| If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on 'Forgot your Username/Password?' button on Login page, and then fill in the fields and click the 'Submit' button. Your username or password will automatically emailed to you. You can change your password anytime after you log in. |

| Username is used to identify you from other users so it can't be changed. However, you can change your password. Click here to change your password. |

| Your e-mail address is used to differentiate you from other users so you can't change your e-mail address. Please ensure and remember your full e-mail address correctly. |

| 5. What is Imagehub subscription service? |
| With a subscription, you can download high-end images anytime you want at a reasonable price. You are only allowed to preview the images without a subscription. |

We have 3 types of subscription plans below.
1-month plan at $149.99 / 3-month plan at $499.99 / 1-year plan at $1099.99

| 7. How do I purchase a subscription? |
| You can go directly to the 'subscribe' menu. Click here to subscribe. |

| 8. How can I know my subscription expiration? |
| If you go 'My account' menu and click on the "subscription status" button, your subsrciption status will be shown on the page and the information of subscription will be shown on the top of the Imagehub website at all times. |

| 9. How do I cancel my subscription? |
| You can cancel your subscription within 30 days if you have not downloaded any images. To learn more about our cancellation policy please read Terms&Conditions. |

| Our search engine is designed to help you search for images that you need quickly and efficiently with keyword search and category search. Click here to learn more about search tips. |

| 12. Can I search without being registered? |
| Yes. You can search all images without registering on our site. If you save images to your Lightbox for later access, you'll need to complete the registration form and if you download the images, you need to subscribe on our site. |

| 13. How do I download the image? |
| After you have completed your subscription order, Imagehub allows you to download images from the Search Results page and Image Details page. |

| 14. what is a lightbox? |
| A lightobx allows you to store images you are interested in. If you wish to download images later, the lightbox allows you to download them anytime you want. See lightbox tips for more information. |

| 15. how do I get detailed information about an image? |
| To view in-depth information about an image, go to the Image Details page by clicking any thumbnail image on the Search Results page or in your Lightbox. The Image Details page provides complete information about an image, such as keywords associated with that image, file sizes and additional information. |

| 18. What does 'Royalty-Free Subscription Services' mean? |
| Once you pay for our royalty-free subscription plan, you may download and use royalty-free images multiple times for multiple projects without paying additional fees on a use-by-use basis. |
