as much as possible and seek for convenient and safe use
for all members, and thoroughly managing their personal
information.
imagehub follows the guides for service
providers to Privacy Policy enacted by the Ministry
of Information and Telecommunications of South Korea
such as the 'Act on Information and Telecommunication
Network Use Promotion and Information Protection' as
well as those as commonly recognized in the American
continents. Also, imagehub notifies
how member's personal information is used as well as
actions to protect personal information through Privacy
Policy to always allow each member to readily access
them.
The terms and conditions of this 'Privacy Policy' may
be modified at any time whenever law or guide related
to protection of personal information or the Company's
policy is modified. Therefore we recommend that you
should review this 'Privacy Policy' whenever you visit
the website. Whenever 'Privacy Policy' is modified,

without member's consent. Also, no user may
joint the membership until he/she consents
to 'Privacy Policy' or Terms of Use. As soon
as each user clicks the [Agree] button, it
is deemed that the user consents to collection
of personal information. |

| 2. Collection purpose
and use of personal information |

imagehub just requires least necessary
information to sufficiently provide members
with service.
The purpose of collecting member's personal
information is to confirm personal identify
of the member and member's intention to use imagehub service, and provide each member
with optimal service. imagehub collects
personal information to a limited extent to
offer a variety of digital contents online
services that are fitted to the characteristics
and tastes of each member and settle any problem
arising out of member's use of imagehub service;
(1) Name, date of birth, and e-mail address
are collected for identification of each member.
(2) ID and PW are collected for confirmation
of membership.
(3) E-mail address and telephone number are
collected to provide each member with provisions
of the agreement by use of the service, notify
each member delivery/payment progress and
send event and goods information.
(4) Home address is collected to deliver goods
by use of the service and send a gift whenever
a member draws a lucky number.
(5) Credit card information, bank account
number, and account holder are collected for
payment and refund by purchase of the goods. |

| 3. Collection items and
method for personal information |

| imagehub essentially collects member's
name, ID, PW, e-mail address, date of birth
and contact information whenever a user joins
the membership. Also, imagehub may request
and collect additional information from each
member to provide a certain service. No information
of race, ideology, birthplace, propensity
to politics, crime, health state and sex life
that are likely to infringe upon the member's
basic rights will be collected without member's
consent or unless provided in the law. Such
collected personal information will be used
for a range of purposes such as direct marketing. |

| 4. Use for other purpose
except for personal information and provision to
third party |
| |
| 1) No member's personal information except
those disclosed through imagehub Internet
service screen will be used for any other
purpose except for Internet service provided
by imagehub or provided to third party without
member's consent. However, the followings
are excluded: |
2) imagehub may offer personal information
to its partner or share them with it to provide
each member with better service. In this case,
integrated statistics shall be taken certainly.
For example, data such as e-mail address,
home address, age and income are obtained
from questionnaire for a member in imagehub,
all of them may be integrated by imagehub and provided for its partners in integrated
statistics. In this process, a certain member
cannot be identified, and any disclosed information
is irrespective of detail personal information. |
(1) If necessary for settlement of a
fee for service; and
(2) If personal information is provided
in a form that cannot identify a certain
individual as necessary for statistics,
academic research or market survey |

| 3) Personal information may only be disclosed
at merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, sale of
corporate property, insolvency where personal
information as corporate property cannot be
transferred, or legal management of corporate
property. |

| 5. Reading, correction
and consent withdrawal of personal information |

| Any member may login imagehub and read
or correct his/her information at any time,
provided that member's ID and name may not
be corrected. Withdrawal(cancellation) of
consent to collection and use of member's
personal information and withdrawal of consent
to third party shall be only available by
e-mail or fax. In this case, each member must
clarify his/her ID, PW, e-mail address and
date of birth to prove the identity. |

| 6. Period for holding
and use of personal information |
| |
| If imagehub collects member's personal
information, a period for holding of the personal
information shall be from becoming a member
to cancellation(including application for
withdrawal or withdrawal on his/her authority).
At cancellation, imagehub immediately destroys
member's personal information and if personal
information is provided to third party, direct
him/her to destroy them. Besides, imagehub will destroy personal information as soon
as the objective of collection or receiving
of personal information is achieved as follows: |
1) When an amount is fully paid or extinctive
prescription of a bond expires for payment
information; and
2) When goods are or service is delivered
or provided for delivery information
3) Provided that only information where the
subject of transaction can be identified may
be preserved even if consent to service use
is withdrawn, and the following transaction
records will be kept: |
(1) Record of indication and advertisement:
6 months
(2) Record of engagement or withdrawal
of subscription: 5 years
(3) Record of payment and supply of goods:
5 years
(4) Record of settlement of consumer complaint
or dispute: 3 years |

| 7. Technical/administrative
actions to protect personal information |

| 1) imagehub is seeking for the following
technical actions to secure safety so that
personal information not be lost, robbed,
leaked, forged or damaged when member's personal
information is handled: |
| (1) Protection of member's personal
information is very significant. n'Pine
keeps commonly-recognized industrial
standard to protect personal information.
However, personal information including
ID and PW may be easily known to others
by several means such as Internet use
in a public space, thus thorough protection
of personal information is important
before anything else. Therefore, each
member shall not disclose or provide
personal information to others, and
must control their personal information
at their own responsibility. imagehub shall not be responsible for any personal
information disclosed in such way.
(2) imagehub uses advanced security
system to eliminate risk of security
accident. The website of imagehub is equipped with advanced security
means to avoid loss, misuse and deterioration
of any files and application programs(hereafter
'files'). Member's personal files
and information as obtained by imagehub are kept in Switching Table mapping
system that cannot be accessed on
Internet. In addition, imagehub continuously evaluates the internal
security system. As it is not secured
that none of imagehub security actions
will be disturbed, continuous trust
and confirmation of each member is
important.

| 2) imagehub recognizes significance of
protection of member's personal information.
For this, we limit personal information managers
to a least number and do our best in protecting
personal information by making the personal
information administrator periodically conduct
training for the staff. We also periodically
check regulations herein and whether or not
the staff concerned follows them, correct
breach, if any, and take a necessary action. |

information |

than 15 years old. If a subscriber is less
